THEATER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Stage and Floor Dimensions:
Available are 57 sections of 6' by 8' Sico staging at 48" height. Also 6' by
8' risers are available in 16" and 24" heights. Masking panels, steps, railings,
restraining barricades and ramps are included. These can be placed anywhere
on the auditorium floor (16,000 sq. ft.) which is shaped like a 90 degree pie
with a 100' radius.
Fly System:
The fly system consists of two separate line sets. The main system consists
of 22 lines over a 56' x 36' stage, against the back wall using electric winch
drive overhead. The second system consists of 9 motorized lines up close to
the permanent seating area. Height from auditorium floor to catwalk bottom is
35'6", with an additional 10' up to the grid. Maximum concentrated load that
may be hung directly from catwalk hanger is 6,000 pounds. Grid loading is 100
pounds per sq. ft. Masking, legs, borders, travellers, a full main curtain and
cyclorama are available.
Electric:
Power is 3600 amps, 3-phase 4 wire, split to 3 bull switches of 400 amp legs
per switch.
Lighting:
There are six Ultra-Arc spotlights. The Center also has additional stage lighting
and television production lighting capabilities complete with multi-channel
dimmers and preset controls.
Sound:
Includes 1 Yamaha 16-channel mixer, patch panel, E.Q. and time delay, full center
house cluster speakers, monitor cabinets, clearcom headsets, AKG Shure and EV
microphones, snakes and patch boxes.
Loading:
Auditorium floor is accessible by 10' x 10' by 22' (25' diagonal) freight elevator
from street level or dock level.
Dressing Rooms:
There are two star, and eight additional dressing rooms complete with sink,
full length mirror, make-up counters, toilets and showers.
